The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida have 3 homes in the Orlando area. When children are going through treatment, the whole family can stay together while one of the children is going through some kind of nasty illness or disease. It helps take one stress out of everything that the family is dealing with during this time. They have meals and lodging close to their child.
GIve Kids The World hosts families from all over the world that come from many organizations, such as Make A Wish, to experience their dreams in Central Florida. This is a week for the families to get away from the doctors, hospitals etc that is their current life. Give Kids The World Village is a great place for them to experience joy in the middle of their struggles.
