The market is staying consistent and year over year went up 5.9%, which is a healthy increase. I think there was a slow down in appreciation for the last couple of years, because there was such a great increase. Now we are increasing at a normal rate that the market can bear. We will watch to see if it continues. The median price of a single family home was $430K. Condos, townhomes and villas were at $284K... but they were over $300K the week before.
We are finding that if buyers proce their properties to market, they are going quickly. If they are over priced they just stay there.
