The Median price of homes is at $430K this week, down 4.2% from last week, but staying consistent with the ebb adn flow of the market from week to week. Townhomes, Condos and Villas median price was $257,600 which is down 11.6%. It was at $290K last week. The Condos/TH/Villas are going up adn down week to week, but trending upward. There is more months of invenbtory for the condos at 4.8 months oversall, but thier list to ask ratio was close aat 97.15%.
