The median price of single family homes is increasing slightly. It was staying closer to $425 but now at $449. The inventory indicates it is a sellers market, except for over a Million. The List to Ask Ratio is in the 98-99% with the exception of the Highest and Lowest ends of the market and that is normal.

Squatters have unlawfully entered.
The property was not open to the public when they entered.
The owner has directed them to leave.
They are not a current or former tenant
They are not a relative.
No pending litigation between the owner and squatters.
THE PENALTIES.
If they cause over $1000 or more in damages -- 2nd degree felony
Any squatter that knowingly presents a false lease agreement, deed -- 1st degree misdemeanor
Somone who advertises a home for sale knowing that the seller does not have title or authority -- 1st degree felony.
Some who rents or leases a property without ownership or authority -- 1st degree felony.
